Welcome to sanflua.com.au (the Site). The Site is operated and owned by the South Australian National Football League Umpires Association (Us, We, or Our). Your access to and use of the Site is conditional on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use (Agreement, Terms and Conditions). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. 

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms and Conditions for your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other material to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by South Australian National Football League Umpires Association and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, We are not liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of data, loss of savings, loss of opportunity or loss of profits) that you suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing the Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by South Australian National Football League Umpires Association.

The South Australian National Football League Umpires Association has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of these new Terms and Conditions. 

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions are to be read pursuant to the Constitution.

Purchase of Membership

Upon submission and review of your membership application and receipt of payment (if applicable), the Association will send you an email within 10 working days to confirm your membership. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, confirmation of your membership will entitle you access to the Benefits of the Association. The Association reserves the right to refuse a membership application at its absolute discretion. The applicant will be notified in the event their application is refused.

Benefits 

Subject to their Membership Level, members of the Association are entitled to the following benefits:

  1. Association support with your Umpiring Career

  2. Attendance at the Annual Dinner

  3. Subsidised Social Events, which also extend to that members partner

  4. Discounts and special offers from Association sponsors 

  5. Discounted umpiring equipment (eg. whistles and scorecards)

Members may need to provide evidence of their membership when claiming these entitlements.

Website and Promotion

Members provide consent to be photographed and for their images and/or name to be used on the Association’s website (sanflua.com.au), Facebook and Instagram outlets or in publications produced by the Association.

Members must inform the President of the Association in writing if they do not consent to have their images and/or name used for the above-mentioned purposes.

Privacy

Members agree to the Privacy Policy as set out on this website. The effective date will be published when this policy is updated periodically.
